SHORTS UPDATE- MY SUPPLIERS POST

Our manufacturers spoke to US customs regarding the 42 boxes that have been sitting. Unfortunately there was a leak in their cargo plane as well as multiple boxes that contained 💫illegal items💫 which in turn affected the entire plane causing them to have to remove and sort each individual package to ensure there was no further damage or illegal items. They seem to be in no rush and no matter how many times we’ve asked or offered money to expedite they said it’s a process and we have to be patient.

I made the decision to re order the shorts which are ready to ship to me and paid for expedited shipping and will need no production time. I took a MASSIVE loss on these but it is what it is and delays are inevitable and completely out of my hands. I feel absolutely horrible how this played out as clearly it was not expected and I have NEVER dealt with delays like this much less with this amount of product. Not only is it affecting my customers but it’s affected you and yours and for that I am incredibly sorry.

I am forever grateful for those of you that have been nothing short of patient and understanding. It makes all the difference so thank you.

We have an employee starting in the next week and all hands on deck ready to get these shorts out to you the VERY SECOND they hit my door step. I will not sleep until every last order is fulfilled and will keep you guys updated up until we have 0 orders open.

CONTINUED-

For starters our first round closed may 22. 6 weeks. Biz days only and NO holidays that includes the factories holidays too. This puts us at 39 business days. 5 weeks and 4 days. Turn around time was listed at a MAX of 6 weeks which granted we will be past that by the time these get to you, however we are NOT currently.

I understand that some of you may not be familiar with factoring biz days and holidays into TAT but I don’t work weekends. Our factory doesn’t work weekends and just like most we don’t work holidays therefore it is not a business day and it does not count. This is not uncommon and this was mentioned and AGREED to before you could even submit the order.

We went VIRAL. We sold over 6,000 pairs of shorts and Inevitably they are sitting on a cargo plane and there’s NOTHING I can do about it. I purchased 4500+ pairs of shorts today and did NOT even receive a refund for the others sitting at customs and took a MAJOR hit on my business today to help get these to yall - even tho, these COULD very well arrive in 3 days before TAT even ends. Will it? Don’t know. But we have every last pair of shorts on the way and I paid a pretty penny in shipping to expedite them.
