hi just wanted to officially Introduce ourselves. Our names our Bella & Jordan and we met back in middle school, & have been best friends ever since. We came up with this brand to help spread awareness and educate more people on mental health.

My name is Bella and this is my story. Since I was 12 I have been struggling with severe anxiety & depression. From therapy to hospital visits, I was always so scared to talk to people about what was going on in my life & head. I also struggled with horrible postpartum depression after I had my son. It wasn’t until I met my amazing therapist that I can fully talk about my mental health.

My name is Jordan and this is my story. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years, but it wasn’t till 2019 that I really hit rock bottom. Going to see a counselor and actually talking about my problems made a huge difference in my life. It has made me a wayyy better person and has helped me cope with everything that I’ve been through.

Our goal for this brand is educate and teach people they are not alone. That mental health is so important, and you should never be ashamed of it. So please if you have any questions or just want someone to talk to, too feel not so alone, our dms are always open. Just know you are not alone.
