Drake Lake Renaissance Faire, formerly the 3rd Annual Scottsboro Renaissance Faire, would like to announce an addition to our Children's Court:

Northeast Alabama now has its very own Appalachian version of Mother Goose, Ma Goose!

Ma Goose will be telling tales of adventure, and reading books to children about dragons, fairies, and all things magical!
Ma Goose will also be offering prizes, giveaways, and lots of yummy, sweet treats, for all ages to enjoy! Ma Goose invites you to come sit a spell, listen to some tales, play with some sleep, creepy slime, and laugh along with her and her tall tales!
Ma's favorite part of Renaissance fair are the trinkets. She will have many different levels of trinkets to trade, and something for every age!

Ma Goose will be entertaining all ages our event grounds both Saturday, November 14th, and Sunday, November 15th, 2026, so be sure to seek her out, she might even have a quest to share!
