We started doing a meal plan that’s based on flavors/styles instead of individual meals. So, for example we might pick BBQ or Mexican and make meals with similar ingredients using a base, a protein, produce, sauces, seasonings and/or toppings. It’s made meal planning (and grocery shopping!) super easy. Definitely works for our busy family & my scatterbrain! I’m going to link the printable plan for anyone who struggles with staying on top of meal planning. It’s made it 1000x’s easier for all of us!
(We’re working on creating recipe pages to go with the meals weve added to make it easy for the kids or whoever is cooking that day to easily grab and follow. I may tweak the idea and add in our recipes to share when we finish 🤷♀️)
