We tried something new, a Reformer Pilates class at RedZone Fitness with our fave, Jenny Cairns Lambdin !!! ❤️ Forgive us if we're a little sore while at the store the next couple of days; Jenny pushed us hard, in the best way! We loved the class and give Reformer Pilates at RedZone a 12/10! 🌟
