Let’s have a little “run around town” itenirary ….ahem, “Curated by Kim” 🙂

First stop, a coffee at locally owned Java Jaay Cafe on 6th ave SE (my fav is a sugar free Milky Way!)

Next, stop in River-City Pickers to check out their new space in Gateway Shopping Center!

After that, head to Clothes Pin Thrift Co. and Antiques on Bank Street

And then stop in at Anderson Interiors - Decatur, Al and explore our two levels and check out our cool murals, the 1949 Ford F1 on display and all the great items we have!

That’s a pretty darn great shopping excursion if you ask me!

Gotta give Dolly a little love today —- and don’t you forget those words “don’t you let ANYONE tell you what you can’t do!” If I believed that I’d have quit a long time ago — as another designer said over the weekend that she too was never given any help by other women designers— she too had to figure it all out herself —same here! I had a few try to tell me I wasn’t doing something I right or threw off on something I did but you let those people go by the wayside because unless they pay your bill and live your life they have no say in what you do or how you do it! I can say 100% I’m where I am because of God, my husband and family and myself!

I posted my second batch of locally sourced, down filled pillows a couple of weeks ago — but they deserve ANOTHER highlight!! I mean…..every pattern is fab! 22” size perfect for sofas, chairs or beds. The bright blue set of Sandhill crane pillows are indoor/outdoor fabric and are PERFECT for playrooms or porches, anywhere you need extra durability (and easy to wipe clean!)
