what a day! 🤍
today felt like one big reminder to trust the process.
trust the pivot points. trust the unexpected. trust the moments that don't necessarily look the way you thought they would - and trust that sometimes, they're leading you exactly where you're supposed to be.
I watched brides today put their trust in me - trying dresses they never would have chosen for themselves, letting me pull together little pieces of what they were loving along the way, and being open to finding what they actually wanted instead of what they thought they were supposed to want.
and then, right in the middle of an appointment, the power went out.
a first for me.
we grabbed flashlights, turned some music on from my phone and just kept going. no one flinched. we rolled with it - and somehow, even the timing of the lights going out and coming back on felt like a little reminder that not everything has to go according to plan to turn out exactly as it should.
there were a lot of little moments like that today.
trust. pivot. keep going.
and I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible women who walk through my doors and trust me enough to be a small part of it all! seriously, thank you! 🤍🥺
