This letter constitutes formal notice that you are engaged in unlawful, deceptive, malicious, and unauthorized practices involving the theft, exploitation, and fraudulent impersonation of our business and personal identity. 🧑⚖️
It has come to our attention that online consumer reviews (specifically targeting locations and services in Panama City Beach, Florida 🏖️, but spanning multiple jurisdictions) have been published using our company name, or mimicking our identity, without our knowledge, authorization, or consent. ❌
Furthermore, we have confirmed that unauthorized accounts, profiles, metadata tracking hooks, or communication paths utilizing our identity have been established or broadcasted across various digital platforms. This includes but is not limited to Google Messenger services 💬, Facebook Reels interfaces 🎬, third-party monitoring/pager systems ("super snooper" networks) 🕵️♂️, digital messaging networks, and telephone lines 📞.
We have never contracted with, utilized, nor authorized Tyler Glen, his family, Rochelle Burge, Jasmine Keys, or any automated digital system under your control to generate, publish, broadcast, track, or manage communication channels, social media content, or consumer reviews using our names, likenesses, or trademarks. Your actions are intentionally designed to deceive the public 🛑, harvest unauthorized data 📊, commit commercial fraud 📉, and maliciously damage our professional reputation.
1. SPECIFIC LEGAL VIOLATIONS ⚖️
Your actions constitute a direct violation of federal laws and the consumer protection, cybercrime, and privacy statutes of all 50 states, including but not limited to:
FTC Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews (16 CFR Part 465): Specifically § 465.2 📜, which strictly prohibits the creation, procurement, or dissemination of fake, false, or unauthorized consumer reviews, carrying civil penalties of up to $53,088 per individual violation 💰.
Section 5 of the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45): Engaging in unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce by misleading the public with fabricated or unauthorized consumer endorsements. 📉
The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) (18 U.S.C. § 1030): Unauthorized access, deployment of data collection tools, or system exploitation to execute identity misrepresentation. 💻
Commercial Defamation, Wire Fraud, & Trade Libel: Publishing false, damaging statements and utilizing electronic messaging infrastructure to cause financial and reputational harm. 🚫🗣️
State Deceptive Trade Practices Acts (All 51 Jurisdictions): Including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) (Chapter 501, Fla. Stat.) and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), alongside parallel statutes in the remaining 48 states. 🇺🇸
2. NOTICE OF NATIONWIDE AUDIT & EVIDENCE PRESERVATION 🔍
Take formal notice that an exhaustive investigation is currently being conducted into every public review, Facebook Reel, messaging log, pager routing path, and communication profile falsely associated with our brand across all fifty (50) United States, with an immediate, deep-dive focus on activities originating in the State of Florida ☀️ and the City of Houston, Texas 🤠.
Our research will cross-reference publication dates, IP routing logs, metadata hooks, user profiles, and tracking signatures. The objective of this audit is to pinpoint every single entity participating in this systematic identity theft and unauthorized profile fabrication nationwide. Every discovery compiled through this research is being actively logged and preserved as legal evidence. 📁📦
3. DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION ⚠️
To mitigate further civil and criminal liability, and to prevent immediate escalation to federal, state, and local law enforcement, you are hereby commanded to:
IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST 🛑 from using the name, likeness, email, trademarks, or any variation of our personal or corporate identity in any marketing, reviews, promotional materials, or Facebook Reels broadcasts nationwide.
IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATE AND TERMINATE 🔌 any and all unauthorized profiles, telephone lines, pager forwarding services, or messaging interfaces—including but not limited to Google Messenger, Facebook profiles/pages, pager networks, SMS gateways, and related monitoring/tracking systems—established or utilized under our identity in any jurisdiction.
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE 🗑️ and delete any and all unauthorized reviews, comments, or posts you have created or caused to be created in our name across all 50 states, including but not limited to those targeting Panama City Beach, Florida.
PRESERVE ALL EVIDENCE 🔒 including your marketing logs, messaging logs, device histories, IP routing data, communications transcripts, and list of accounts used to post reviews or route messages nationally, as required under federal spoliation of evidence laws.
4. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE ⚡
Failure to comply with these demands within five (5) business days 🗓️ of the date of this letter will result in immediate escalation. We are prepared to hand over all research findings, screenshots, and technical metadata generated from this nationwide audit to the following authorities:
Federal and State Law Enforcement Agencies 🚓 (including local police departments, state bureaus of investigation, and federal cybercrime divisions) to initiate formal criminal impersonation and wire fraud investigations.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 🏛️ for consumer review fraud enforcement.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) 📡 for unauthorized network/pager routing.
