Wonderful start to the day by hitting the trails at Lapham Peak with the Muses. The coffee and breakfast at Mama D's Coffee - Wales after the run was the icing on the cake. Great job to all the ladies for getting out there and enjoying the adventures on the trails!

What a fabulous weekend with my favorite tribe! The Minerva Muses ran in the DC Wonder Woman Run 5k, 10k, and half marathon today and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect running weather. Such gratitude for the support, friendships, and inspiration from each of these wonder women. Super proud of this fierce and fabulous tribe!

Sunday fun run with the Minerva Muses! Great to get out for some fresh air and enjoy some good company. As we all get ready to gear up for spring races the main theme we will be focusing on is “consistency.” Showing up, making time, and saying “yes” to me more often during the week to get those workouts in. Being consistent will lead you down the right path to success, it will get you into a good routine, and in the end put you in a good spot so you can really dial it in once the warmer weather hits. Great job to these ladies for showing up and getting in those miles!

Rockin’ the RED again today and EVERY Friday during the month of February for heart health month. This month holds a special place in my heart. I wear RED proudly for the many family members and friends who have been affected by heart disease or illness, and to pay tribute to all those lost and those who survived from aortic disease.
