NEW FURNITURE PIECES!!! Take a look!!!

Having a booth means there’s always a lot to do and our team is having some really good times together while we work.

Last week, our 2 1/2 year old great grandson latched on to a pair of binoculars in the office. I could see no harm in letting him handle them.

He did quite a good job…strapped them in place and started looking through them. They were pretty big, but no matter.

Then when it was time to go to his grandma’s house, I let him take them along (price tag was dangling). We all got a chuckle and he was delighted!

You see, he knows about binoculars because for the past year, he’s had a tiny pair (toy). And they really work.

A couple of days later, he brought the big ones back…in perfect condition. Mama is teaching him well. I’ll clean off the fingerprints and they will make it into the booth in a few days.

While his Mama is busy at the desk pricing, tagging, cleaning items, making social media posts, and refinishing furniture, we work too…and play quite a bit more. 🥰

I’m feeling nostalgic today and again realizing how memories of loved ones and precious times are very often tied to objects from our lives.

Sometimes there’s so much sweetness to be remembered…I can hardly stand it. Really.

Sometimes you laugh hard and other times it’s just a soft smile as the memories flood your mind.

See anything here that reminds you of something like that? Someone?

The real treasures are the people. The stuff helps us remember.

Vendor work night was tonight and we just finished up! Now the booth is shining brightly with some new lamps and a bright yellow wall of delightful things. Time for some iced sun tea brewed outside in that hot summer sun. Do you see that solar tea brewer jar with the dome top? 😍😍😍
