the business using processes and systems to generate predictable results.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

With a background in continuous improvement and change management, Taryn is skilled in working with all levels of the business to ensure that the internal infrastructure of the⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
business is equipped to maintain the changes necessary for sustained growth. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Prosci Change Leadership and Facilitation Expert,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and is trained in PMP.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Taryn holds a BA in Linguistics and English Literature as well as her MLIS (Masters of Library and Information Science). She began her career developing knowledge management systems before moving into food manufacturing. She worked with individual departments as well as the company as a whole to recoup lost time on the production line, streamline processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
