wanted to create a story through her outfits, show how you can reuse and restyle pieces along the way. Being able to wear something like a vest with multiple outfits and have it match back to her chaps was a big request. She also asked if we could create a bag for an auction that would match her chaps as well. Having multiple outfits tie back to her chaps she wore all year as . And here are the results! We think they turned out great! And loved creating these! Although we did not create her chaps they were beautifully made by .roan.mercantile.

Last year we had an amazing opportunity to work with the during her time as . We got to create multiple items throughout the year, helping bring her visions to life.

Today I want to showcase an outfit she sketched while at an air port when she found out what the outfit would be during competition. An outfit that was close to home for us!

Having to represent their state through their outfits and Sierra wanted to highlight rodeos around Colorado that she got to attended and loved. Each logo was laser etched and then hand painted. She wanted to make the pants look like they had chap yokes. Detachable and worn on a regular belt, both the yokes and belt were hand tooled, with the yokes having inlays of rodeo logos and filigreed with metallic red leather to match the yokes on her shirt. Little details like the home rodeo inlaid in the Colorado flag shirt cuffs and the Colorado C on the collar. From head to toe all the details pulled this outfit together and Sierra looked stunning representing Colorado with pride!

Although some know, not everyone knows, but Cloteel Wild Horses was designed around 3 distinct groups.
First: Nightriders, having an outlaw darker feel to the collection. The dark of the night.
Second: Morning Glories, a coming of dawn from that dark night to bright morning sunrise.
Finally closing with: Daybreakers, the rising of the day and the full blown warmth of the sun.

Each relating and representing the growth process we face when walking our journey with mental health.

A couple weeks ago I was honored to have reach out wanting to write an article for regarding my two collection I released last year. Genesis, produced by myself and Cloteel ~ Wild Horses shown on the runway at Fall 2023!

One of my favorite quotes she pulled from our interview and called out in the article was, “If Tom Ford can do it, why can’t I?”
