Dog-sitting on July 4th while my friend went to see Ed Sheeran, I decided to watch the series on Netflix “Avatar: the Last Airbender.” Now Bella and I are obsessed 🤩

For all those parents out there contemplating if this is appropriate, think Game-of-Thrones-level storytelling, but family-friendly; the effects, costumes and casting felt meticulously chosen, like Chinese face-reading come to life 🎭🔥🌊🍃

I’m going to do a series on the epic lessons in each episode in hopes that it will shift you to think differently harnessing your power and maybe join us in our obsession! 🤓😁

Today I will go over S1:E4 “Into the Dark.”

The finale stopped me in my tracks, faced with an impossible choices: Ang overcame this saving his friend and the city with help from his friends

When Boomi in fury said he “cheated,” then “He didn’t do it on his own so he didn’t learn the lesson.” Then “Your just a child!”

Ang replied “What’s wrong with that? I’m going to save the world with the help of my friends,” and it landed like a call to return to our childlike courage and community 💫🤝

Watching it with my daughter Bella in our RV made it even sweeter; this show reminded me we don’t have to carry the world alone 🌍💖

🛑Stopped in my garden today and the land guided me to a tiny station, an angel, a gnome on skis, and a new spot full of Shakti 🌿👼⛷️

I walk to listen and find the most charged spot, it grounds me and opens me; today the angel whispered that this is a fertile season, many souls are circling to come in 🌱✨

If you’re one of those parents who have been struggling with fertility, I want this post to plant the seed of HOPE and possibility of what is to come in three years.

Quick tip while I’m running errands: your nose tells you things have to make sense when your middle zone is the biggest/longest, that’s your practical/sensible metal energy 👃

(⏰. It just makes sense that to save time; grocery last so nothing melts, appointments and drop-offs first so the day flows.)

Today I’m pausing my video to hand in a p**p sample at the doctor’s, yes really 😂💩🧪, and honestly having a plan made the whole thing feel less chaotic.

Mama, check your battery, is it at 50% or running on fumes? 🔋📱

My phone often mirrors me; by noon I’m at 51% even after a little top-up at 7am, because stress, healing, age and the collective quietly drain our energy.

Rest is power, when I’m rested I can focus and EXECUTE with POWER, finish things without re-doing them, which actually saves twice the energy.

I’m recalibrating, choosing half an hour of savasana in yoga, a room of good energy to restore me through entrainment, because small choices protect your day like currency.
