This verse is often quoted, but it's even more powerful when we understand the context.

God spoke these words to His people while they were living in exile—a place they never wanted to be. They weren't seeing the promises fulfilled yet. They were waiting, hurting, and wondering if God had forgotten them.

Maybe that's where you are today.

The waiting doesn't mean God has abandoned you.
The silence doesn't mean He's absent.
The delay doesn't mean His promise has expired.

Even when you can't see what He's doing, God is still working behind the scenes. He's preparing you, strengthening your faith, and weaving together a story that's bigger than what you can see today.
