There were many moments this year when I wondered what the future would look like for Femme Fatale Intimates.

Cancer treatment.
Months away from my boutique.
Lost income.
Financial setbacks.
Rising costs.
And obstacle after obstacle.

But my story is bigger than one business.
Small businesses across Denver are struggling, and too many locally owned businesses have already closed their doors. These aren’t just storefronts—they are people’s dreams, livelihoods, jobs, and years of sacrifice.
I was born and raised in Denver, and I have watched this city change. As a woman-owned small-business owner who has spent nearly nine years building Femme Fatale Intimates, I believe small businesses deserve to be heard, supported, and included in the decisions shaping our city.

Supporting local matters—but so does voting.
Research the candidates. Ask what they will do to support locally owned businesses, address rising operating costs, protect Denver’s creative community, and make it possible for independent businesses to survive—not just large corporations and developers.

Colorado will vote for a new governor on November 3, 2026, and Denver’s next regular mayoral election will be in 2027.
Your voice matters. Your vote matters. And the future of Denver’s small-business community matters.

This beautiful human is one of our true OGs. ✨

The first time we worked with Eva Andersen was all the way back in 2017 during one of our very first Swim Week showcases. Since then, she has been part of so many special moments, runways, photoshoots, and Femme Fatale memories.

Over the years, Eva has continued to bring elegance, confidence, professionalism, and the kind of energy that lights up a runway. Watching her grow alongside the brand has been such a gift, and we’re so grateful to still have her as part of our Femme Fatale family.

Some models come and go, but the OGs hold a special place in our hearts. We absolutely adore her and loved seeing her shine once again on the Denver Fashion Week runway. đź’‹

What started as a dream has grown into something more incredible than I ever imagined, and it’s all because of you.

To every client who has walked through our doors, trusted us, supported us, and become part of the Femme Fatale family—thank you. Your loyalty, love, and encouragement have made these past nine years unforgettable.

Seven years ago, we opened our Broadway location, and it’s been an amazing journey filled with growth, friendships, beautiful transformations, and so many memories.

Here’s to celebrating nine incredible years, reflecting on where we started, and looking forward to everything that’s still to come.
