There are MANY reasons Tech Packs are tedious AF! 🙄⠀⠀⠀⠀
But unfortunately, they're part of working in fashion!⠀⠀⠀⠀
They prevent costly mistakes in sampling and production! 📐⠀⠀⠀⠀
They are required for every job (since brands now expect you to do everything)! 👩‍💻⠀⠀⠀⠀
They help make you more valuable as a freelancer (and clients need you to know them)! 💸⠀⠀⠀⠀
They are mandatory to get your designs made (because factories require them)! 🏭⠀⠀⠀⠀

Flashback to the SFD party I threw in NYC last summer! Seriously one of the most amazing events I've ever been to with 75+ fashion designers letting their guards down and actually making friends! 💖
I love this stuff because in my experience, having friends and a "network" (hate that word but that's sometimes what we call it!) can be just what you need to increase your confidence, get out of your comfort zone, and advance your career. 💪
***Especially in an industry as cutthroat as fashion!*** 😱

to when I posted my Pantone hair color swatches 😂
I couldn’t resist the opportunity to see how much of the rainbow I could make 🌈 It’s far from the full spectrum, but I have rocked some pretty fun colors over the years! 🎨
I’ve always believed that hair is something you should have fun with 🎉 You can practically make yourself a brand new person with a fresh cut, bold color, or fun styling. But the current shade of 19-1101 TCX is au natural baby!
