Hey, Vegan Heart! Iโ€™m Blake Freedom ~ Founder and Designer of The Vegan Heart Collective

Iโ€™m a tie-dye artist, singer-songwriter and speaker, and longtime EFT practitioner devoted to nervous-system regulation, emotional healing, and conscious living. Through my work, Iโ€™ve supported thousands of people worldwide in reconnecting with their bodies, intuition, and inner truth.

Iโ€™ve been vegan for 5 years (& dairy/ egg free over 7), and I experience veganism as both an ethical commitment and a spiritual path โ€” one that invites us to expand compassion beyond ourselves and into the collective.

Vegan Heart Collective was born from a vision of clothing as energy โ€” designed to feel like safety, expression, and belonging in the body. The hoodies โ€” and the garments to come โ€” are created as wearable reminders of care, courage, and connection.
I created the Vegan Self-Care Kit and Vegan World Meditation to help vegans stay regulated, resourced, and rooted in love while living in a non-vegan world.

I also founded Vegan Heart Sanctuary, a community for ethical vegans to regulate their nervous systems, practice compassionate conversational activism, and find a sense of home on planet Earth. Currently based in Colorado, I'm devoted to helping build a kinder, more conscious world โ€” one heart, one choice, one conversation at a time.

How Vegan Heart Collective Started (from our founder Blake Freedom):

*Vegan Comedian Preacher Lawson's Hoodie Was Stolen*

After hearing the story of a fan stealing his hoodie during a show, and meeting him on IG Live, I wanted to gift him a new hoodie.
I bet he would wear something that says he has a "Vegan Heart," I thought and an idea was born. I immediately drafted a logo, bought a hoodie and iron on paper and began my DIY project. The first Vegan Heart hoodie became real.

I've been creating and selling tie-dye for over 2 decades, and I wanted to incorporate my art and elevate the logo, so I hired an artist to spruce it up and made my first tie-dye batch.

Before a visit to see my Vegan activist / influencer / coach friend Alex (), I made a tie dye batch and hand ironed-on the logo front and back - a project I poured many, many hours, and a lot of love into.
Hand-dying and adding the logo to each piece was very time, energy, and resource consuming, so I wanted to find an easier way to duplicate and scale my wearable art to spread the message to Vegans all over the world.

I discovered the Print On Demand model, made a new batch of tie-dye art, digitized it, edited to perfection, created my designs, upgraded the logo once more to make it more legible and the Vegan Heart Collective Clothing Line was born!

As a Vegan for 5+ years, and a Q***r person myself, it is very important to me that a percentage of every purchase is donated to support animal sanctuaries and protect the rights of humans to live their lives peacefully.
