Fifty mountain ranges. One hat. Zero excuses left at the trailhead 🏔

Oregon crams the Wallowas, the Cascades, the Ochocos, and forty-seven more into 98,000 square miles. We stitched every last one onto a snapback and called it a day.

Wear it in the Coast Range and count how many of the other forty-nine you can name before the drizzle wins. Spoiler: the drizzle usually wins.

Somewhere off Century Drive, a Deschutes local just squinted at a stranger's hat and mouthed "was that…?" 🌲

Yes. Yes it was.

Foggy Tuesday on the coast, bottled into a bar of soap 🌫

Yowie's Eucalyptus Aloe smells like the cliffs above Oswald West right after the marine layer rolls in. Cool, green, slightly damp, faintly suspicious of footprints in the sand.

Lathers like Cannon Beach mist. Rinses like a rogue wave.

Sasquatch endorsement still pending. He hasn't returned our calls, but the soap's gone twice this month.

Every Nalgene in Bend has a resume. Ours lists two summits, one dog park incident, and a coffee ring shaped like Broken Top.

The Bend sticker goes on the last clean square. It always does.

Next to it: a Bend Brewing coaster nobody remembers taking, and a trail guide so dog-eared the Deschutes chapter falls open on its own.

Small shelf. Very specific religion.

Haystack Rock has been standing in the surf for 15 million years and hasn't checked a forecast once 🌊

Neither has this hat. Curved bill, embroidered patch, the kind of grey-sky energy that pairs with a hoodie in July and a windbreaker by 4pm at Cannon Beach.

Tourists squint at the sun. Locals squint at the fog.

Portland kitchen window, overcast doing its usual thing, and the bar lights up like somebody left the porch light on 🐝

Beeswax straight from our hives, held up to a sky that still hasn't committed to summer.

Golden when the gray won't budge. Which, around here, is most of June.

The bees did the hard part. We just cut it into bars.
