This Saturday....You don't have to have it all figured out to take the next step. 🦋

Maybe you've thought about attending a women's workshop, but something holds you back.

What if I don't know anyone?

What if I don't know what to say?

What if I'm not ready to talk about what I've been through?

Here's something worth remembering: Personal growth doesn't require you to have all the answers before you begin.

Sometimes it starts with simply being willing to show up.

This Saturday, From Survival Mode to Moving Forward offers women an encouraging, interactive space to pause, reflect, and explore what moving forward might look like.

We'll focus on:
🌿 Recognizing where you are right now
🌿 Exploring tools for moving forward
🌿 Connecting with other women
🌿 Setting small, meaningful goals

You don't need to arrive with a perfect plan or a polished version of yourself.

Come as you are. Your next chapter doesn't have to be figured out before it begins.

This Saturday, make some room for YOU. 🦋

You make time for work.
You make time for your family.
You make time for the responsibilities that never seem to end.

But when was the last time you made time for yourself—not because everything else was finally done, but because YOU matter, too?

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of pushing through, consider this your invitation to do something different.

This Saturday, join us for From Survival Mode to Moving Forward, an interactive workshop created for women who are ready to pause, reflect, reconnect, and take meaningful steps toward what comes next.

During our time together, you'll have the opportunity to:

🌿 Reflect on where you are right now.
🌿 Explore practical tools for moving forward.
🌿 Connect with other women in a supportive environment.
🌿 Set small, meaningful goals for yourself.

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to wait until life settles down.

Sometimes the first step toward moving forward is deciding you're worth showing up for.

When was the last time you asked yourself, “What do I need?” And actually listened to the answer?

Somewhere between taking care of everyone else, managing responsibilities, and simply trying to get through the day, it's easy to lose sight of yourself.

You become the dependable one. The strong one. The one who always figures it out.

But who's checking in on YOU?

Sometimes moving forward doesn't start with a big life change.

Sometimes it starts with giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and acknowledge that your needs matter, too.

That's why we're inviting you to join us on October 17.

From Survival Mode to Moving Forward is an interactive, supportive workshop for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and explore what comes next.

No pressure to have it all figured out. Just an opportunity to reflect, connect, and take a meaningful step forward.

Because you deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve to feel connected to your own life again. 🦋

What can you expect on October 17?

Maybe you know you’re ready for something to change… you’re just not sure what “moving forward” looks like yet.

That’s exactly why From Survival Mode to Moving Forward was created.

This isn’t a room where you’re expected to have all the answers. It’s a supportive, women-only space to slow down, take an honest look at where you are, and start figuring out what comes next.

Together, we’ll:

✨ Reflect on where you are right now
✨ Explore tools to help you move forward
✨ Connect with other women
✨ Set small, meaningful goals
✨ Talk about ways to continue your growth, including the 12-week Return to You program

You don’t have to show up “fixed.”
You don’t have to share more than you’re comfortable sharing.
And you definitely don’t have to have your next chapter figured out.
You just have to be willing to take the next step.

Sometimes the hard season ends… but survival mode doesn’t.

You keep going.
You handle what needs to be handled.
You take care of everyone else.
You tell yourself you’re fine.

But underneath all of that, you may still feel like you’re bracing for what’s next.

Maybe it’s hard to slow down without feeling guilty.

Maybe you’re more reactive than you used to be.

Maybe you’ve gotten so used to pushing through that you’re not even sure what not being in survival mode would feel like anymore.

Surviving got you here.

But you deserve the opportunity to ask:

What would it look like to move forward instead of simply making it through?

That’s the conversation we’re continuing on October 17 at From Survival Mode to Moving Forward.

This women-only workshop is a space to reflect, reconnect, and begin exploring what moving forward can look like for YOU.

We’ll also be sharing more about the upcoming 12-week Return to You program for women who feel ready to continue that journey.

September may be ending, but your relationship with yourself isn't. 🤍

As we close out Self-Care Awareness Month, here's something I hope you'll carry with you:

You don't have to earn your rest.
You don't have to explain every boundary.
You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed to ask for support.
And you don't have to have everything figured out to start choosing yourself.

Maybe this month you made some meaningful changes.

Maybe you recognized a pattern you've been wanting to break.

Or maybe September came and went, and you barely had a moment to catch your breath.

You haven't missed your chance.

Self-care isn't a 30-day challenge. It's not something you master in September and forget about in October.

It's the ongoing practice of noticing what you need, honoring what you can, and giving yourself grace when life gets complicated.

So as we turn the calendar, I want to leave you with one question:

What's one thing you've learned about what YOU need this month?

I'd love to hear your reflections in the comments. Your experience might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

Here's to continuing the journey, one day at a time. 🌿

September is Self-Care Awareness Month. 🤍

And if there’s one thing I want you to know about me, it’s this:

I’m still learning, too.

I created Return to You because I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself along the way—and how much intention it can take to find your way back.

But creating this community doesn't mean I wake up every morning with everything figured out.

I still have to check in with myself.

I still have to recognize when I need rest.

I still have to practice boundaries.

I still have to pay attention to the way I speak to myself.

And I’m still learning what it means to choose myself without feeling guilty for it.

That's something I want us to normalize.

Self-care isn't a destination you eventually arrive at.

It's a relationship with yourself that you keep learning how to nurture.

Some days you'll do it beautifully.

Other days you'll realize you've been putting yourself last again.

You notice. You adjust. You begin again.

That's part of the journey, too.

So if you're still figuring it out?

So am I. 🤍

09/23/2026

September is Self-Care Awareness Month. 🤍

And here's a form of self-care we don't talk about enough:

The way you speak to yourself.

Think about the things you say in your own head when you make a mistake.

I should have known better.

Why can't I get it together?

I'm so behind.

Everyone else seems to be handling this better than I am.

Now imagine saying those same words to someone you love.

You probably wouldn't.

Self-care isn't only about taking breaks, setting boundaries, or making time for yourself.

It's also learning to stop being the person who is hardest on you.

That doesn't mean pretending everything is okay or avoiding accountability.

It means recognizing that you can correct yourself without tearing yourself apart.

So today, pay attention to your inner voice.

And when you catch yourself speaking from criticism, try asking:

“Would I say this to someone I love?”

If the answer is no, maybe you deserve different words, too. 🤍

September is Self-Care Awareness Month. 🤍

And self-care shouldn't begin only after you've reached your breaking point.

Too often, we don't slow down until we're exhausted.

We don't ask for help until we're struggling.

We don't take a break until we have nothing left to give.

But self-care doesn't have to be emergency care.

This month is a reminder to check in with yourself before you reach empty.

Ask yourself:

🌿 How am I actually feeling?
🤍 What's been taking most of my energy lately?
🌿 Is there something I need that I've been ignoring?
🤍 What can I do for myself today—before I become completely depleted?

You don't need to be in crisis to justify taking care of yourself.

Notice when your battery is getting low—and give yourself permission to recharge.

You matter before you hit 0%. 🤍
