We are trying to reopen at Tip Top - but this tree!!! We are trying to find someone that can remove it but it’s going to be a bad job. It took out our 3-phase power at Tip Top and we can’t have the electricity turned back on until the tree is gone! Prayers that this will happen soon!! We miss our customers!

The Coffee County School System has released the following statement: The Coffee County School System has announced that schools will be closed the week of September 30, 2024 to October 4, 2024. The Douglas-Coffee County community has experienced extensive storm damage from Hurricane Helene to facilities, utilities, and communications infrastructure. School officials will continue to meet regularly with local and state emergency management officials and re-evaluate conditions throughout the week. School officials will provide updates by the end of the week regarding plans to re-open. Please stay safe and take care of your friends, families, and neighbors.
