I have decided to pull out from all craft shows for this year. I will be going in for a procedure to remove some cancer, not life threatening, but recovering will be 6-9 months recovery.

I am also seeing a new specialist for my Bells Palsy because I'm having issues seeing. I will be cancelling my next series of Botox shots because my doctor wasn't listening to me about my concerns and the new specialist will be able to get a better picture of what's going on. After all Bells Palsy is a disability and the doctor I see now made me see a doctor that normal people see. My insurance said I could get a second opinion and yes it's a disability and allowed surgery of the face.

My health is more important right now and I don't need to be stressed.

I haven't posted in a long time because I haven't been sewing. I've been taking care of the house. Outside trees removed, trees that needed trimming. New landscaping in the front, battery backup sump pump just in case. Cleaning out 3 bedrooms, all my sewing stuff is being stored in the empty shed but also in the basement, thus no area to be productive. At the DMV getting all titles transferred to me and going out with my best bud looking at new vehicles, that the best fun I've had looking and learning. I want the Subaru Forester. It's so charming. Haven't driven it but it'll be perfect for doing craft shows. I've done 2 craft shows this year not much sales but I'm out of the house which is a good thing. Getting rid of furniture, Cinnamon my dog is getting comfortable with her new chair but misses Dad's scent. Buying furniture and area rugs, ripping out wall to wall carpeting and then the tedious process of painting 3 bedrooms. One is completed however it was time to move furniture from one room to another in order to paint. I've been productive but very slow. The weather makes me stay indoors however I've been doing more planting outside. Last room to paint is the sewing room. Today I was supposed to go shopping for another area rug but I don't think it'll be happening. I have to finish my bedroom. The thing holding me up was the 74 inch dresser as I posted for free and instantly got it out. The thing was heavy but the guy got it out just like I envisioned. Now back to painting. After I'm done I'll post pictures.

Have a great summer!

It'll take up to 15 days to get results of the jak2 mutation test results.

Jak2 mutation? (I copied this)
Key Takeaways
A JAK2 mutation is a change in the gene that can cause uncontrolled blood cell production.
JAK2 mutations are linked to blood cancers and disorders like polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia.
Some JAK2 mutations are associated with inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn's disease.

I've been going to a lot of anxiety lately. Energy low. Sleeping disruptive. I do breathing exercises to calm my stress.

Around 2015 there was a tumor near my bladder and it wasn't much of a concern because it was small, however everything started to blow up. Blood pressure, A1C, white blood count, red blood count.

My adrenal gland was removed. After it was removed everything started to fall back in place. The tumor was benign. My oncologist waited a few months before deciding to see if I had bone marrow cancer or blood cancer. Once the results settled there was no concern for any tests. The doctor indicated he was happy because the testing for bone marrow is horrible.

Well now this comes up and now I'm on pins and needles and the anxiety is hard to control. I'm not having symptoms but yeah palpitations are happening but it's from the anxiety. Breathe.....

I know the doctor mentioned that she wants to rule out bone marrow cancer and she was upfront saying what she was looking for. I've been googling everything possible. Now I googled and picked a different site and what pops up. Possible Crohn's disease. My mom had Crohn's disease, but she died of colon cancer. I don't need this!!!!

You could say the weather has gotten me down as well as this month was the 8th month since I lost my dearest loved one. I don't let it be known, but I miss seeing him every day. I miss his smile, his laugh, his kisses and hugs. His beautiful face. Everything about him I miss. I don't have any drive to do anything but I try but my energy level is low. We have increased my meds but I need to push myself more.

I was deleting photos on my phone yesterday and I ran into one when he was readmitted into the hospital and he was in a induced coma. He looks so sad and I remember not being able to converse with him for at least 4 days. He looked so pale. His lips all cracked, but he looked peaceful because he wasn't in any pain.

Then today standing in the snow I looked out in the empty cold air, remembered my conversation with my cardiologist as he made the statement how my husband died a horrible death. All the pain he dealt with, when here I thought he was peaceful. Septic shock is horrible because of everything shutting down. It hurts me so much knowing he was actually dealing with pain, it's hard to imagine. I want to hold him so tight right now and I know in return he wants to hold me just as tight and apologize. He sees what I am going through silently. He knows I'm hiding it.

I love you Chuck. Always and forever.

5 yards of Pellon fusible used for placemats. A total of 33 pieces. However this is not enough for all those placemats my dearest friend bought all that fabric when Joann's closed. We are talking about another 5 yards needed.

Just wanted to share how much it looks like.

Looking for bee fabric in cotton?

My friend ran into the second photo fabric at Goodwill and thought of me. It was a 2 yard piece around $3.50. I loved it so much I wanted more, like 2 yards more.

As I was searching for it on Google I found it in Amazon. As I was searching through the fabric I found another bee fabric that I liked so I bought only one yard , first photo. When I received my order I loved it just as much, I went back and ordered two more yards.

I then got in contact with my close friend who purchased a bunch of fabric for placemats and asked if she likes the bees (I already knew she would) and she said yes. So these will be used on those products, but I'll be bringing out other items with these bees!

Has anyone made fabric garland?

My question is what type of fusible product did you use to keep the shape of the ring round and stiff?

Please make comments and if you have photos of your garland post in comments.

Thanks
