❤️ 11.28.25 ❤️ Today was our due date, the day we planned for, the day we were looking forward to. This pregnancy was hard, not only for me, but for the baby. We had so many unanswered questions, so many concerns, & we were so excited to hold this precious little baby every step of the way. 14 days ago I woke up leaking, we went to the hospital, did all the things, the next day it was a confirmed amniotic leak. We induced labor & just like the pregnancy labor was hard. Anything that could go wrong with a vaginal birth, did go wrong. Baby and I were so lucky to have an entire high risk team seeing over us. It was a very scary road, but 11.17 Baby Bishop arrived. I spent 10 days in the hospital & baby is still in the NICU. No words can describe being released and leaving your little one in the hospital. Nothing is ideal, but I would do it all over again for this sweet sweet boy. Very thankful for having a strong & supportive partner that has been here every step of the way. We still have so many unanswered questions, so many concerns, & we are just waiting to bring this little guy home.
