Your reminder to add little joys into everyday life 🤍

It’s so easy to run through life being busy, stressed, or striving for more. But I have been learning lately how beautiful every day can be! God is such a good God and has blessed us with so much! So I have been choosing to implement little everyday things that bring so much joy and even growth 🌿

So go grab that coffee from your favorite coffee shop, take a walk and move your body, listen to some worship, spend time with a friend, eat your favorite meal, & look for opportunities to spend intentional time with Jesus and with others 🫶🏼 Not only is it so beautiful and fun, but brings so much peace and healing as we learn to live a fulfilling life over a striving & hurried life.

Working to prioritize intentionality over productivity! Learning that doing more or feeling productive does not give my day worth or determine if it was a good or bad day. We are allowed to be present in each moment & there is so much beauty in being fully present in all that we do big or small. Our achievements in a day don’t determine whether or not our day was valuable. Even the days that are slow or full of mostly rest are valuable and have purpose. We are allowed to have fun & I think we need to incorporate more fun and joy in every day! 🫶🏼✨

Also remembering that the Lord has a purpose for me & his plans will prevail.
