Good men. Real conversations. Stronger connections.

Business & Bullets was about more than just a weekend at the ranch. It was about surrounding yourself with the right people, sharing experiences, and pushing each other to grow.

Here’s what some of the guys had to say about their experience.

The PAY HOMAGE Collection is officially LIVE.

This collection is more than just apparel. It’s a tribute to Rob Bailey, founder of FLAG NOR FAIL , whose friendship, guidance, and support helped shape Lions Not Sheep into what it is today.

Inspired by his iconic logo, this collection represents loyalty, respect, and gratitude for the people who helped us along the way.

Never forget the people who helped you build.

Much love and respect, Rob. 🤝

Taking ownership changes everything.

It’s easy to blame other people when things don’t go your way. But the wins and the losses are both yours.

If you win, pat yourself on the back.
If you lose, learn the lesson and keep moving.

Own all of it.

As parents, we get so caught up in how we show up for our kids. The example we set. The person we need to be.

But sometimes the biggest lessons come from them.
