We are a 4th-generation, family-owned men’s & women’s clothing store located on Main Street in the historic Mississippi River town of Dubuque, Iowa. Later he launched his own eponymous store, Ed Graham & Sons in 1936. In those days, a full suit sold for $20 and dress shirts and neckties sold for $1 each. Ed earned the reputation of “a keen judge of style and quality merchandise.”

We’re still keen on first-class customer service, perfect fit and keeping you forever in style. From formal fêtes to fashionable workdays to casual-cool weekends, we’ve got a look that matches your lifestyle. We carry Women’s apparel, outerwear, jewelry, accessories and handbags. Men’s apparel, outerwear, underwear, footwear, hats, accessories and fragrance. We offer FREE in-house tailoring of your Graham’s garments. We'll teach you how to tie a bow tie, link those cuffs, and most importantly, offer advice for how to properly care for your stylish new investments so they (and you) will look sensational for many years to come. A look into the future??? When I was a junior in college, I drove from Durango, Colorado, to Las Vegas, Nevada, to meet my dad at 'Magic', which, at the time, was the biggest clothing show in the country. My mind was blown. So many brands and hundreds of choices within each brand. Our first appointment was to buy a shirt line called B.D. Baggies. There, I met a character in the clothing industry named Paul Hathaway. I will never forget that show and the pride in my dad's eyes when he introduced me to his vendors.

The other week Anthony, a junior in college, joined me at the Chicago Collective, today's biggest clothing show in the country. Anthony and I were buying for spring 2027. Thousands of swatches, models, colors, and options... We talked about how different lines filled different roles in the store, and proudly, Anthony would mention certain customers by name, 'we should write a note on the order to let Mike know when this one comes in.' I hope Anthony will never forget that show and the pride in his dad's eyes when I introduced him to my vendors.

Irony and an anniversary... every year while he was alive, Ben's great-uncle Father John Graham would call the store the on August 15 and wish the store "Happy Birthday!" He always remembered!!? The irony is that Fr. John passed away on February 15, 2003, the day of Cindy and Ben's wedding. No one told Cindy nor Ben about Fr. John's passing because they didn't want to affect their day.

August 15 is the feast of the Assumption which is probably how Fr. John remembered our anniversary so well. Regardless, our store has been blessed (and I like to think has been a blessing to the community) for 90 years. Mary Queen of Peace and Great-Uncle Fr. John, pray for us.
