Greg, a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in various industries, found himself at a crossroads. Despite his proven track record in business, fear held him back from taking the leap into entrepreneurship. It wasn't until he embarked on a journey of sobriety that he found the courage to pursue his true calling.

Inspired by his experiences as a dedicated father and fueled by the unwavering support of his wife Lindsay, Greg decided to bring the concept of the "Mediocre Dad Bod" to life.
