For our Summer Edition, we are creating a special feature dedicated to children who overcame challenges and deserve a shoutout for their strength, growth, and perseverance.

🦋 Beyond Trauma Mama Inc. is creating Texoma’s first Parent Support Hub.
This will be a safe, welcoming space for families navigating:
• Pregnancy & new baby stages
• Overwhelm, burnout, and mental health struggles
• Trauma and life transitions
• Everyday parenting challenges

And we don’t just talk about support… we provide it.

💛 We are raising $30,000 to open our doors.

This will fund:
✔ 3 months of a physical location
✔ 3 months of staffing
✔ Supplies for our Blessings Boutique, support groups, classes, and services

Social media can be a beautiful thing.
It connects us. It gives us access to advice, support, and shared experiences at any time of day.
But it also has limits.
Behind a screen, people can be harsh.
Misunderstood. Dismissive.
And sometimes… just plain cruel.
And when you’re already struggling as a parent,
that kind of response doesn’t help—it hurts.
Because sometimes…
you don’t need another comment thread.
You need eye contact.
You need someone to sit next to you and say,
“I get it.”
You need a safe space where you’re not judged.
Where you don’t have to explain your tone.
Where your story is held with care.
Sometimes… you just need a real hug.
In-person support groups create something social media never can:
✨ Real connection
✨ Safe, supportive environments
✨ Genuine understanding
✨ A place to breathe, reset, and not feel alone
That’s why spaces like this matter.

At Beyond Trauma Mama Inc, we are creating support groups and meetups designed to give parents a place to breathe, connect, and not feel so alone.
Here’s what we’re building:

💛 Steady Parenting Support Group

For the everyday ups and downs of parenting.
The overwhelm. The guilt. The “am I doing this right?” moments.
This is a space to talk openly, be supported, and feel understood—without judgment.

🔥 From Surviving to Thriving: Parenting Support Group

For parents who are healing while raising children.
If you’ve experienced trauma and still find yourself triggered, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode… this space is for you.
You don’t have to do both alone.

🕊 Tiny Footprints: Loss & Remembrance Support Group

For parents who have experienced miscarriage or infant loss.
Your baby matters. Your grief matters.
This is a gentle, safe space to honor your story, your love, and your loss—at your own pace.

🩺 Medical Warrior Parents Support Group

For parents of children with medical needs.
The appointments, the advocating, the exhaustion…
This space is for the parents carrying more than most people see.

💞Connected Parenting: Teen Years Support Group

The teen years can feel overwhelming.
Big emotions, independence, boundaries, and constant change. This group helps you stay connected while they grow into who they’re becoming.

🧸 Mini & Me Activity Time

A calm, welcoming space for parents and little ones to connect.
Simple activities, songs, and time together—while also building community with other parents.

⚡ Let the Kids Play: Active Play Time

A safe space for kids to move, play, and release energy while parents can connect.

👶 Childcare Pros Support Group

Support, connection, and a place to decompress for those who care for children professionally.

These aren’t just programs.
They are spaces where:
✔ You don’t have to have it all together
✔ You can come as you are
✔ You can talk… or just sit and listen
✔ You are not alone anymore

After looking at bookings, we’ve made the decision to cancel this weekend’s Easter Mini sessions.

While we were so excited for this event, we didn’t quite have enough spots filled to move forward the way we want to.

BUT this is not the end… it’s a pivot 😉✨

We’re already planning something even more special for Mother’s Day Minis 🌸

And we’re going to do it big:

💐 Two different dates (April + May)

💐 Thoughtfully designed setups

💐 A beautiful experience for moms (grandma, aunt, etc.) and their babies
