Katie is Running Season

First mile: almost 20 minutes. A Fitbit. $30 clearance sneakers.

“It was brutal. I loved it.”

She started in 2017, a year into motherhood, dealing with postpartum anxiety and needing room to breathe.

Now she’s training for marathon number seven. Her sixth TCS New York City Marathon. Running with Team Fox for her dad, whose approach to Parkinson’s has shaped how she faces the hard miles.

Our Dasher 9 Pocket shorts have carried her through more than half her marathons. She figures she owns 90% of our site. But her favorite part of FTR? The people wearing it.

Running has given her strength. It’s also taught her when to step back.
