A Facebook friend recently shared a story about someone sweeping over her feet, and it reminded me how many of us grew up hearing these kinds of sayings from our parents and grandparents.

When talking about folklore and "superstitions," I think it's important to understand where these traditions came from before we dismiss them. Many of them weren't created to make people afraid. They were ways of passing down values, wisdom, cultural identity, and practical lessons from one generation to the next.

Whether you believe them literally, symbolically, or somewhere in between, these traditions tell a story about the people who came before us and how they understood the world. Learning the history behind them helps us appreciate the deeper meaning instead of simply labeling them as "just superstition."

We have a young lady who has JUST given birth to triplets 😍 and we would love to bless her with a gift box to start her journey.
