People Pleasing is a fear response 🤷🏿‍♀️ You're managing how people feel about you so they won't leave, criticize, or get angry.Kindness costs you nothing. 🙃 People Pleasing can cost you everything. If you can't say no, your yes doesn't mean anything. 🤫 In the long run, people pleasers often resent the very people they're pleasing. Real kindness includes disappointing people sometimes. 😊
