Before our Adulting: Zero Stars panelists take the stage, we met up for dinner, a little friendly competition, a lot of laughs and little side eying 😂

The goal was simple: connect, vibe, and curate the kind of chemistry that makes vulnerability safe. On August 22, these 4 will bring that same energy to the conference spotlight as we talk about the highs, lows, and “wait…nobody taught me this” moments of becoming an adult.

Plot twist: this isn’t your typical panel discussion. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions, hear unfiltered perspectives, and even jump into the conversation when our panelists throw a few questions back to the audience. Come ready to get active, not just listen.

Recorded this to share yesterday, and then life happened 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 so anyway, Happy Friday!

Some people only see the conference. I see the room that I needed years ago.

I started the Courageous Action: Do It Scared Conference because I know what it feels like to wonder if you’re the only one struggling to grow your community (even if you have amazing friends), to have dreams but question whether you’re capable of achieving them, to have questions but not know where to get the answers.

This conference was always about creating space where people could be both transparent and vulnerable, reflect, connect with others, laugh, heal, and leave with the courage to take steps toward the life they desired with an expanded community behind them.

Every speaker, every conversation, every journal prompt, and every partnership has been intentionally chosen to grow us, support us, and love on us. Yes, us, because Courageous Action still serves me too 🫶🏾

As someone whose ADHD brain is always “on” it can be difficult to focus on one task, for an extended amount of time, without jumping to something else on my ever growing to-do list.

However, working through the intimate details of the Courageous Action: Do It Scared conference…thinking through the day as an attendee, a panelist, a vendor and a facilitator locks me in every time!! I’m in my office for hours double-checking details, making decisions, designing and clicking “add to cart” 🫣 to ensure the experience is meaningful and impactful for everyone.

So…if you’re waiting on a return call, text or email, please be patient with me, I promise I’ll get to you just as soon as I take a potty break 😂😂
