The Inspiration to keep him going!
So Tie-Dye Rob my husband of 3 years, was a slickline supervisor with 10 years of experiance when we met! A year later unfortunately he was laid off along with pretty much the rest of the oilfield workers! Not thinking much of it his shoulder began giving him a little trouble, sometimes it was just a little sore other days it was just extreamly painful. We decided to open our Construction Business, Battles Construction, after a year of me and him living for our business we looked into going to college and made the biggest decision of our lives. We gave up everything, our apartment, our business, our vehicles, and we are full time students at South Louisiana Community College. But as a man that had always supported his family it tore at his heart that he had nothing to give back to me and the kids. One day he saw me playing with some tie dye and the rest was history he had found a hobby that he could change peoples lives with all while he is a full time student!!! I have been blessed to watch him grow and learn so much in just 3 months it is beautiful! Thanks for coming to our page and we hope we can make your dreams come true also!! the picture i have attached is his tree of life tapestry and this is the actual piece that hooked him. he saw his own potential with this and it is his pride and joy piece.
