Join the Eco Chic Boutique Team

We're looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Position Details

• Part-time (12–18 hours per week)
• Approximately 3 shifts per week
• Weekday shifts beginning at 2:00 or 3:00 PM
• Availability for at least every other Saturday
• Closed every Sunday

At Eco Chic, we're committed to creating a positive, supportive workplace where everyone works together, communicates well, and follows the same standards. We're looking for someone who values consistency, enjoys being part of a team, and is excited to grow with us.

The ideal candidate is:

• Friendly and customer-focused
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently while supporting the team
• Willing to learn and embrace established systems and procedures

Retail experience is a plus, but it's far less important to us than character, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
