OK… let’s talk about migraines. 💬

Not the “just drink some water” kind.
Not the “it’s just a headache” kind.

The can’t-open-my-eyes kind. 🌑
The cancel-everything kind. 📵
The cry-in-the-dark kind. 😔

Migraines are exhausting.
They steal time. ⏳
They steal focus. 🎯
They steal patience.

And when you’re a mom, running a business, showing up for your family…
they don’t exactly wait for a convenient time. 😅

Some days I push through. 💪
Some days I have to shut everything down. 🚫
Some days I feel guilty. 💭

But here’s what I’m learning —

✨ Rest is not weakness.
✨ Slowing down is not failure.
✨ Taking care of yourself is not selfish.

If you deal with migraines too, I see you. 🤍
You’re not dramatic.
You’re not lazy.
You’re doing your best.
