Big things are happening... and they started with a shovel! 🎉

Last week we officially broke ground on the new home of Six One Six Vision Center! We couldn't be more excited to create a space that reflects the level of care, technology, and experience we strive to provide every day. But we won't be going far, our new office will be right across the parking lot from where we are now!

It's hard to believe this dream is finally becoming reality, all thanks to the patients who support us and our amazing team. We can't wait to welcome you into our new home and share this exciting journey with our community.

Here's to new beginnings, exciting milestones, and the countdown to opening our doors! 🥂👓

Did you know children as young as 5 years old can wear contact lenses? 👀 Many parents are surprised to learn that age isn't the deciding factor - it's a child's maturity, motivation, and ability to follow instructions. With the right training and support, many young children can safely and successfully wear contact lenses.

Meet Koda! This active 6-year-old visited our office this week for his very first contact lens fitting. He may have been a little nervous at first, but with Mom learning how to insert and remove his contact lenses, they made a great team. By the end of the appointment, Mom felt confident handling his lenses, Koda was all smiles, and the whole office was celebrating their success!

Whether it's for sports, greater confidence, or simply enjoying clear vision without glasses, contact lenses may be a wonderful option for your child. Wondering if your child is a good candidate? We'd love to help you explore the possibilities at their next eye exam!
