Announcement To My Beloved Customers:
When opening my business I did not listen to the advice of my web designer and I took a chance with Google and bought my domain from this company because they offered me a great deal. I thought 'what could go wrong? It's Google'. Well it was the worst decision I made for my online based business. Google was bought out by Squarespace. Now, these two companies do not have a live customer service over the phone or live chat. Trouble shooting with these companies requires us to read through several pages "to trouble shoot" any issues one might have. It took me 7 days and 4 hours each reading through a lot of mumble-jumble to finally get to a page that offered an email link to present my issue. None of these two companies can presently find my domain, as one of them is saying that my account has not migrated yet to the Squarespace, and Google has yet to respond.
My website has been down for several days. Which represents not just an inconvenience to my customers, but also a lost in sales. It will also mean that I will need to make the decision promptly to use another mean to host my business online. Which requires other changes.
I apologize for any inconvenience to my customers. As a small business owner, this has been extremely frustrating, and time consuming. Which has been a disservice and obstacle in growing my online business.
