I made a little turtle pouch. He turned out very cute, if a little messy, since it's my first attempt. I'm not sure if I should put a strap on him and make him a purse or leave as is. What do you think?

I made my first pumpkin and it's super cute! The leaf was way more of a pain than the pumpkin oddly.

I figured out how to make fabric mushrooms and they are so cute! They are entirely hand stitched which takes a lot of time, but they are adorable, and all of the fabric and stuffing is recycled. I'm thinking 17$ for the larger ones or 32$ for two of them and 25$ for a set of earrings. Some of them are already called for, and I'd be happy to make custom sets or turn them into cute ornaments or something. Let me know if you're interested or what you think.

Are you crafty? I have been making some teeshirt yarn! You can do all sorts of things with it. I was thinking maybe a rag rug? But I think maybe I should make an army video of wrapping the balls because it's very satisfying.

Water bottle holders! Though if we are being honest, I was using mine to carry around my phone, so I could listen to my audio books while doing chores... I can make them custom sized for your exact water bottle. The one in the picture was made for a Nalgene. I made my mom a custom one for her tall skinny waterbottle. I love how the braided handels look.

Reusable flannel makeup removers of different sizes and washcloths, I like how the red looks with the striped pattern. I put some of mine in a recycled jar because I like things to look pretty!

According to the EPA, in 2018, 11.3 million tons of textile waste ended up in landfills in the USA; the main source of textile waste being clothing. if you average that out over the total population its just over 69 pounds per person getting thrown out per year. The amount of textile ending up in landfills has been steadily rising, since 1960 it has gone up more than 500%.

We can make a small dent in that number by reusing, mending, and remaking our clothes and other textiles. That's what I want to do.

Why cabbage? Cabbage is what many sewers call the leftover fabric after a pattern has been cut out. I plan to use all of it. Small pieces of fabric for small sewing projects, the tiniest pieces as stuffing. Darning is a type of sewing and I enjoy puns.
