We are a children's book and toy store, in the design of a kid-sized city with hands-on fun for everyone!
(391)

We are place for where child & parent can find quality time together. We have over 24 different pretend play shops in our mini child size city. Play grocery in the pretend Safeway or make a pretend meal in the Chinese restaurant. Your child can dress up in the Theatre room or create something in the art shop, rescue mom from a pretend fire or visit the past in Grandma's attic. You can also buy some Playseum dollars if you have children that want to be even more creative. This allows a staff person to help in the process of quality time and memory building. We make homemade soap with you, paint ceramics and wood and in the bakery you can choose to ice a cooke or decorate a cupcake.

🍂A note from the Owner🍂

Dear customers,
Before Halloween approaches, as the Owner and Founder of the Playseum, I wanted to take the time to share my heart. As a place for children, we have always believed in keeping things full of life and love and maintaining the integrity of the innocence of the young lives we cater to. Therefore, you will notice that there will be no Halloween themed decorations or activities within any of our facilities. As a business owner, it is my personal conviction to not use fear or concepts of death as play or a joke. Death is real, permanent and not something to take lightly, nor do I believe it wise to put such things in front of innocent children who do not comprehend what’s in front of them.

Therefore, the Playseum as always at this time of year, will focus on the beautiful vibrant colors of Fall, the amazing transitions of seasons, the smell and taste of apples and pumpkins. Come embrace the colors, fragrances and beauty of the Fall at your local Playseum.

Come in to any location during the next 3 weeks for a free special fall memory-making activities offered daily, included with admission.

Sincerely,
Ms. Gina
