It’s been a really special couple of weeks over here… and one I’ve taken a moment to truly soak in. 🤍
On June 30th, my main horse clocked a big win taking it by three tenths and setting a NEW arena record. A run I won’t forget anytime soon, and a reminder of what patience, consistency, and doing things the right way can build over time. 🏆
And then today… one that hit just as hard in a different way.
A mare I trained and sold two years ago (Missy) absolutely SMOKED a run with her person Sydney Pribek wining their very first barrel race together! Watching that unfold never gets old. There is something so special about seeing a horse go on and thrive with their person. ❤️ a HUGE congrats to this team!
I don’t take on many outside horses these days, and we’ve been pretty quiet just sharpening iron in the shadows, focusing on the details, and putting in the work without needing the spotlight. But moments like these… they mean everything. They remind me why I do this in the first place.
So proud of the horses, the journeys, and the people behind them.
