We’re going to start rolling out a few highlights from the weekend, kicking it off with my Open horse 🤍

This one just keeps showing up and clocking.

Consistent 14-second runs all weekend long, with the highlight being a 14.353 on Sunday landing us 10th overall out of 260+ runs 🔥

That time sat inside the top 30 out of over 1,000 runs across the entire weekend.

To stay that consistent, that competitive, and keep getting faster every run, that’s what I’m the most proud of.

No shortcuts. Just showing up, doing the work, and letting them shine when it counts.

This weekend he brought home over $6000 to add to his LTE!

It’s been a really special couple of weeks over here… and one I’ve taken a moment to truly soak in. 🤍

On June 30th, my main horse clocked a big win taking it by three tenths and setting a NEW arena record. A run I won’t forget anytime soon, and a reminder of what patience, consistency, and doing things the right way can build over time. 🏆

And then today… one that hit just as hard in a different way.

A mare I trained and sold two years ago (Missy) absolutely SMOKED a run with her person Sydney Pribek wining their very first barrel race together! Watching that unfold never gets old. There is something so special about seeing a horse go on and thrive with their person. ❤️ a HUGE congrats to this team!

I don’t take on many outside horses these days, and we’ve been pretty quiet just sharpening iron in the shadows, focusing on the details, and putting in the work without needing the spotlight. But moments like these… they mean everything. They remind me why I do this in the first place.

So proud of the horses, the journeys, and the people behind them.

Dear AQHA… there has to be a better way!

Can we talk about how frustrating it is dealing with American Quarter Horse Association paperwork…

Transferring papers should be simple—
but somehow it turns into guessing fees, double-checking everything, and hoping it doesn’t get sent back over one tiny mistake.

And the kicker? The info isn’t always clear or up to date… but if YOU mess up, you’re the one paying for it in time and money.

I know I can’t be the only one who’s dealt with this 😅
