A global day for running. A local night to celebrate it.

Join us and On at our St. Paul group run as we celebrate the sport with demo shoes, recovery, and a post-run hang built for summer.

We’ll have On demos available to try on the run, plus a mobile sauna + cold plunge, frozen treats, cold drinks, and a few extra surprises from the On team.

Get off the pavement.

We’re teaming up with Nike ACG for a Saturday morning on the trails at Theodore Wirth—easy miles, demo shoes, coffee, donuts, and a reason to spend a little more time outside.

We’ll have demo pairs of the ACG Pegasus Trail available for the run, ACG mugs while supplies last, and one runner will head home with a free pair of shoes.

What a night with Mizuno and MDE!

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for Run With the Pros with Mizuno and MDE. Fast shoes, snow cones, good hangs, and a whole lot of people getting after it together.

These nights keep getting better because of the people showing up for them. Really grateful for this community.

We recently teamed up with the Minnesota Wild and Old National Bank for a commercial highlighting St. Paul small businesses—and apparently Nordy needed help finding shoes in a size 20 EEEE.

Safe to say the fit worked.

Pretty cool to see our St. Paul shop featured alongside so many great local businesses and communities we care about.

May group runs are under way!

Pick from any of our three weekly group runs at Burnsville, St. Paul, or Woodbury. We're running on the latest shoes with free demos from Mizuno, Topo, Altra, and Hoka this month, with the usual post run beverages and hangs.

Be sure not to miss our Run With the Pros event on May 7th at Woodbury, where you can rub shoulders with some of MN's fastest, and put your legs to the test on a short course.

We’re teaming up with Mizuno and Minnesota Distance Elite for a group run featuring a marked course, carbon racer demos, and a raffle for a free pair if you take them out.

Warm-up and cool-down led by MDE athletes, plus snow cones and post-run hangs after.
