One of my favorite things about this next chapter isn’t just creating a new space…

It’s getting to build it alongside other dreamers.

Meet the incredibly talented college student jeanmariemdesign who’s bringing this mural to life in my new studio. She’s building her portfolio, chasing a dream, and saying “yes” to opportunities that help her grow.

Could I have painted this myself? Probably.

Would it have taken me forever? Absolutely. 😅

But more importantly…why wouldn’t I support someone who’s working hard to build something of her own?

I’ve always believed that every business we love started as someone’s scary first step.

The local bakery.
The woman making earrings at her kitchen table.
The photographer.
The artist.
The boutique owner.
The coach.
The creator.

Behind every small business is someone hoping enough people believe in them so they can keep going.

As entrepreneurs, we talk a lot about wanting support. But support is something we get to give, too.

So whenever I can, I choose local.
I choose small.
I choose the person building a business from passion, talent, and a whole lot of courage.

As I navigate this “in-between” season while the next chapter of Styled Reverie comes to life, I’m going to start sharing some of my favorite women-owned businesses, local entrepreneurs, and creative people who are doing incredible work.

Because there is room for all of us!

And sometimes the best investment you can make isn’t in something…
It’s in someone.

A few years ago, Nickole asked us to host the To***co Days Pinup Contest, and we were thrilled to become part of such a great new downtown tradition.

We love our The To***co Days Car Show Edgerton Wi peeps!! Through a lot of hard work, dedication all while supporting local business, they make downtown Edgerton the place to be on Saturday during Edgerton To***co Heritage Days before everyone heads out to Racetrack Park.

Nickole works year-round to make the Pin-Up Contest such an awesome event, and much of the expense comes directly out of her own pocket. So we thought, what the heck—let’s create some limited-edition merch and help support the Pin-Ups!

These special To***co Days T-shirts are $25 each, with proceeds benefiting the Pin-Up Contest. Supplies are limited, so grab yours while they last!

MILTON Style Educator Under Investigation for Allegedly Destroying Fashion Rules

MILTON, WI — Authorities have opened an investigation into local entrepreneur Kimberly Reiter after receiving multiple reports that women have stopped apologizing for their bodies.

Investigators say the suspect spent years helping women through her boutique before quietly disappearing to work on what officials are calling “a highly suspicious new concept.”

One witness told investigators,

“I thought we were just talking about clothes. Instead, she convinced me my body wasn’t the problem.”

Police say the evidence continues to grow.

• Women are wearing clothes they actually love.

• Closet guilt has declined dramatically.

Honestly… same, buddy.

We officially closed the storefront, packed up an entire boutique, moved into the new studio, and somehow there are still odds and ends everywhere.

So we’re doing an Odds & Ends Sale this Sunday!

The middle tables are “Make an Offer” tables. Name your price, bundle a few things together, and help us give these last treasures a new home instead of packing them away.

You’ll find displays, décor, rugs, chandeliers, boutique fixtures, and plenty of unexpected finds.

Josh and I stopped here a few weeks ago in Milton. And I can not stop thinking about the cheesecake we had! So yummy 😋

I did a thing. And by “thing,” I mean I confidently ordered packaging without double-checking the size.

As we finish moving from our storefront to our new private styling studio, we’ve reached the fun part!

Many of you have been asking about our store fixtures and décor, and yes… a few of our most-loved pieces are finally available. including some of our rugs and a few chandeliers. A limited selection of displays, boutique fixtures, supplies, and a small amount of remaining clothing and accessories .
We have several tables front and center of random merchandise that is available as a make an offer pay what you can. Bring a box bring a bag. We don’t want to pack it up.

We will be open this Sunday 11-2. Everything is first come, first served, and once it’s gone, it’s gone. If we have anything left over we will open the doors again during To***co Days 6/18

The storefront chapter has come to a close, but this is far from goodbye.

🌮 Taco Tuesday Done Right!

Since we’re taking a little breather from packing boxes, Josh and I decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Craving Concepts here in Edgerton … and WOW! 🤤

They’re open for lunch this week with a different special each day, and these carnitas tacos were absolutely incredible. The pork was so tender and flavorful, hands down my personal favorite!

If you’re looking for a delicious lunch this week, I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try. It’s always fun supporting another local small business, and today did not disappoint! Run don’t walk they’re open until 2pm on Main St.
