Week three of my weekly evening shift in Edina. And I’m loving it!

A new mom looking for a rehearsal dinner dress. A woman heading to India for work. Cashmere for family photos. Satin pants for her 18 hour day. A great pair of jeans for a night out. So much chocolate, burgendy & blue

So many women, all walking in with something different going on.

And this crew? They are so good at what they do 🩵

Meet Tessa.

One of my favorite things about spending time in our stores is hearing what women actually need from their clothes.

Last week, a woman walked in and said, “I need cute mom clothes I can also wear to the office.”

Yes. Exactly.

We’re hearing it more and more—women want an alternative to denim that’s comfortable, polished and can go wherever the day takes them.

Tessa is our answer. She feels almost like a sweatpant, looks like a trouser, and yesterday took me from a day in our stores to meetings and everything in between— including a long walk with Paddington after work.

The most comfortable power pant. 🩵

My mom is officially in her Golden Girl era—and she’s determined to make it as fun as possible. I’m lucky enough to come along for the ride.

This past year, she moved into a new condo in Edina and made a whole group of wonderful new friends. So naturally, she decided to throw a party for them at our Edina flagship store.

And what a night. New outfits, lots of laughter, a little shopping—and the joy of watching my mom step so fully into this new season of her life.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep trying new things. Keep making new friends. And absolutely keep getting dressed and going out.

Maybe that’s the secret to staying forever young: never being done becoming. Thank you for showing me the way, mom!

24 hours in St. Louis!

Mike and I snuck in visits to our three EVEREVE stores and our Jaxen Grey store while we were in town — and I left with a very full heart.

Great teams. Great customers. Lots of conversations. So much community.

We’ve always wanted our stores to feel warm and welcoming — a place where you can walk in, feel known, get a little help getting dressed and hopefully leave feeling better than when you came in.

Seeing that come to life through our teams, hundreds of miles from home, makes us feel so grateful to the trans that make it happen.

And of course… when in St. Louis, you go to the Arch. (Yes, we even took the tram all the way to the top. )

Thanks for the love, St. Louis. We can’t wait to be back! 🩵

Hosted our executive team for breakfast in our home this morning 🤍

A little moment to welcome fall, celebrate this team and just spend some time together around the table.

I’m reading Mattering by Jennifer Breheny Wallace right now and loving it, so I gave everyone a copy. It’s such a good reminder of something we all need—to know that we matter.

Mostly, I just wanted them to know how much they matter to me.

I love gathering people around a table. Flowers from the yard, breakfast and time to connect. It was a beautiful fall morning 🩵

I’m baaack….

After almost 10 years away from the store floor, I’ve decided to pick up one evening shift a week as a stylist at our Edina store.

Tonight is shift #2, and I’m loving it. Working alongside our team, helping women get dressed, touching the product, listening and learning—and mostly, connecting with our customers. That part brings me so much joy 🩵

It feels so good to be back where EVEREVE began for me: the dressing room.

So if you’re in Edina, come say hi. I might just be your stylist.

And yes…I’m taking appointments!!!
