This week we’re featuring Sierra, our full-time First Assistant Manager here at Maurices! Sierra has been part of our team for 2½ years, and we’re so lucky to have her.

When Sierra’s off the clock, you can usually find her cozied up with a good book, browsing bookstores, spending time with her Maine C**n cats, heading to a concert, or enjoying a motorcycle ride. 📚🐾🏍️

In store, Sierra loves helping women feel confident and feel good in what they’re wearing. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion or searching for your next favorite pair of jeans, she loves helping style the perfect look for any occasion. Sierra especially enjoys spending one-on-one time with customers and making styling feel personal, fun, and easy.

She’s also one of our denim specialist and has a great eye for visuals around the store. If you’ve ever found your perfect pair of jeans or noticed a display you loved, Sierra may have been behind it! 👖✨
