✨🧶FIRST DONATION ALERT🧶✨

Today, Kindness Handcrafted reps visited the Madison County Child Advocacy Center in Wood River, one of our partner organizations. We were able to tour the facility, learn about services they provide, and explore how we can impact the lives of children in Madison and Bond counties. We also made our first donation of handmade blankets, aimed to provide comfort and security to children and teens visiting the center. We look forward to continuing to provide comfort items to the CAC and are grateful for the donations of our volunteers in our journey thus far.

Welcome to Kindness Handcrafted! We are a new non-profit and our mission is to provide comfort, emotional support, and a sense of security to children experiencing trauma or life transitions. We accomplish this through the creation and distribution of handmade items - including toys, blankets, and apparel - to foster care centers, law enforcement agencies, and crisis shelters. We strive to ensure that every child in a moment of crisis has something tangible to hold onto that represents safety and care.
