Please submit orders to [email protected] and an invoice will be created for you. Payment methods accepted include Cash and Credit Cards; no checks. Orders may also be placed over the phone during regular business hours Monday -Friday between 8 a.m. ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Cadence Corner will gladly accept returns that meet ret

urn policy criteria.

1. Due to the extremely high turnover rate of merchandise, it is required that ALL returns be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt, with tags attached and in RESELLABLE condition. Store credit or exchange only. Damaged and compromised items will not be returned and will not be eligible for store credit. Examples of damaged items include but are not limited to: Items that have holes, tears, missing hardware, stains (deodorant, food, other), odors (smoke, food), animal hair, washed and worn items, etc.
3. All returns must be authorized by Cadence Corner staff. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
4. Return requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail and sent to [email protected]. Upon receipt of return request; a RAF or Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed to the buyer with instructions.
5. Buyer pays non-refundable return shipping costs. SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping available within the continental US. No international shipping. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Western Standard Time will be shipped the following day. All shipments will be sent via UPS and during regular business hours; Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Western Standard Time. Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information can be provided to you via email after your order is processed. Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping. A physical address is required for shipment, no PO Boxes. PRIVACY POLICY:
