🚨 Straight Talk Time 🚨

We’re officially done decorating customer-supplied apparel.

Before you grab your pitchforks, hear us out.

You don’t take your own steak to a restaurant and ask them to cook it. You don’t bring your own eggs to a bakery and ask them to make a cake. So why would you bring a random shirt from who-knows-where and expect a decorator to guarantee the final result?

When we decorate apparel, a lot can go wrong:
• Shirts can scorch, shrink, or dye migrate.
• Seams can get damaged during embroidery.
• Fabrics can react differently to inks and transfers.
• Sometimes garments arrive less than fresh from the trunk of a car or the back of a closet. 😬

And when something happens, we’re expected to replace an item we didn’t sell and can’t easily source.

That’s not fair to our team, and it’s not a great experience for you either.

When we provide the apparel, we know exactly what we’re working with. We can stand behind the quality, replace defective items, and guarantee the best possible finished product.

So moving forward, if we’re decorating it, we’re supplying it.

Less risk. Better results. No mystery shirts.✔️
