Today was a good day, I tooled a bible cover that will be going to Midland, Tx. It is to replace one that was made by the owners late father, the dog decided to have a snack. 😢

I finished painting, resisted and antiqued the log book today. Tomorrow I will clean up the edges, and start assembling and hand stitching.

I will not be in the shop this afternoon from 1:00 to about 4:30.

The front of the ledger is complete with the exception of adding 2026 below home plate. I will get that lasered Monday along with other customizations. Then I’ll be able to start dying it.

Our oldest grandson went on his first week long Boy Scout camping trip. He forgot important things like a toothbrush. 🤣 so now, he doesn’t have an excuse. He will be prepared.
