​We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Eldersburg!

​What You’ll Do
​As the first point of contact for Big Dipper Graphics, you will be the face and voice of our shop, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from quote to completion.

​Client Support: Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

​Order Entry: Take detailed project requirements, assist clients with product options, and accurately enter orders into our system.

​Communication: Serve as the liaison between clients and our graphic design/production teams to keep projects on schedule.

​Administrative Support: Handle basic invoicing, process payments, and notify clients when orders are ready for pickup.

​What We’re Looking For
​Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
​Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail (spelling, sizing, and specs matter in print!).
​Comfort using computers and learning new software quickly.

​A positive, team-oriented attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
