This week has been an adventure for Small Batch Farms. We Spent a few days with Chef Bob at Dolce Niente located in Spring, TX cooking up some of our Premium Steaks and doing deliveries to the Houston, TX area. We also are excited for our Freeze Dried Premium Beef Liver Dog Treats to now be sold at LOZ Modern Paws located here in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Good Morning Yall!!! We have Farm Fresh Beef Harvested on July 8 and ready for delivery! 100% Black Angus & Angus/Jersey cross bred both available. All beef is Dry Aged for 14 days, pasture raised, grain finished, No Antibiotics or Hormones.

Premium Steaks are cut 1 1/4in thick, 1 lb packages of Ground Beef, Beautiful 3-4lb Roast, Ancestral Blend Ground Beef, Soup Bones, Liver, Briskets Tri Tip & Picanha Roast & Osso Bucco available. 

Taking orders for wholesale 1/4, 1/2’s or Whole Finished Beef. 🥩 🥩🥩
