It’s time to let you in on another part of what I’m doing. 🩷

This one has been sitting in my head for a while. It’s something I already do, but I had an idea to turn it into something a little more.

It’s called The Ordinary Good.🩷✨

The idea is really simple: people noticing people.

Because not everyone who could use a little help is in the middle of a huge crisis. Sometimes they’re just… in the middle.

Maybe it’s dinner showing up during a hard week. A little help with gas. Someone mowing a yard that’s gotten away from them. A few people pitching in toward a bill.

And sometimes, the good really is ordinary.

Paying for the person behind you. Leaving a little money toward someone’s gas. Buying a stranger’s coffee just because you felt the nudge.

Sometimes we’ll meet a need. Sometimes we’ll just make someone’s day. Both count.

So I made a place to connect the dots.

Let’s talk IMMUNE SUPPORT 🦠🛡️

School is back, routines are changing, and unfortunately… so are the germs being passed around. 😅

One thing I love about Rowe Casa is that “immune support” isn’t just one product. There are several different ways to work these products into your family’s wellness routine — whether you’re trying to be proactive or you’re reaching for a little extra support when something starts making its way through the house.

Here’s a quick breakdown 👇🏼

IMMUNITY / IMMUNE SUPPORT ROLLER
Probably the easiest one to keep on hand. It’s already diluted and ready to roll onto the skin, making it great for everyday use and easy to toss into a purse, backpack or travel bag.

IMMUNE SUPPORT SALVE

RELIEF — but what’s actually in it? 👀

If you’ve seen Rowe Casa’s Relief sitting on the shelf and wondered what exactly makes this little bottle different? — let’s talk about it.

Because the ingredient list is actually pretty fascinating.

🌿 CURCUMIN
Curcumin is the primary active compound found in turmeric and has been widely studied for its role in supporting a healthy inflammatory response. Relief uses liposomal curcumin, which is designed to help improve absorption and bioavailability.

🌿 WILLOW BARK
Here’s the cool one: willow bark naturally contains salicin — a compound with a pretty interesting history. Research into salicin and related compounds from willow helped pave the way for the development of what eventually became aspirin.

This ingredient is in the Adult 16+ Relief but is intentionally left out of Rowe Casa’s Children’s Relief.

🌿 GINGER
Ginger contains naturally occurring compounds called gingerols and shogaols that have been studied for their role in inflammatory pathways and supporting the body during occasional discomfort.

🌿 BLACK PEPPER
Nope, it isn’t there for seasoning. 😆 Black pepper contains piperine, which is commonly paired with curcumin because it can help increase curcumin’s bioavailability.

🌿 COPAIBA
Copaiba contains high levels of beta-caryophyllene, a naturally occurring terpene that has been studied for its interaction with CB2 receptors in the body.

And what does “liposomal” mean?

Think of it as a delivery system. Liposomal formulations surround certain ingredients with tiny lipid structures designed to help protect them and improve how efficiently they’re delivered and absorbed.

So Relief isn’t simply a bottle of random “natural” ingredients thrown together.
