It’s been a minute since I’ve been posting on Instagram. There’s something to be said about spring fever, but this fever is all about the hustle this spring!
New clients, Intensive folks are KILLING their workouts, and kiddos have baseball, swimming, karate, oh my!
Running a small business is rewarding in so many ways, and I feel blessed to be able to do what I love day in and out- BUT- it is far too easy to get too involved in all the little things.
I haven’t been taking the time to stop and smell the roses, meditate, or see my friends. Those are the things that fill my bucket so that I can attach life with zest and passion.
Do you plan your own fun time in? I know I have to make mine a priority and I’m determined to schedule it in starting today.
Workouts are consistent, appointments are up, and I know I can do this. Watch out amigos/as!

I love a theme day! I’m not so sure my clients love them- but hey- it’s festive! Todays them was “Balls to the walls.” 🤣🤣🤣
There are so many creative and fun ways to use medicine balls, stability balls, Pilates balls, etc…
